My stay at this hotel was a dream come true! The Isabella room with a balcony overlooking the garden was the perfect setting for a romantic holiday break. The room was not only clean but also fancy, offering the ideal ambiance for couples. From the Jacuzzi to the beautiful fireplace and lovely courtyard, everything was just perfect. Plus, the complementary port wine was a delightful touch.

The hotel's location is simply amazing, with easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, complemented by a beautiful courtyard. The rooms, albeit clean and bright, are on the smaller side and lack some essential furniture. The service was friendly and helpful, especially during emergencies, and the dining experience exceeded expectations. A minor inconvenience was the absence of a guaranteed parking space.

Rooms
7.0
My room on the 3rd floor was clean and bright, but it was quite small with limited seating options and missing a bedside table on one side. Some improvements like removing drags on the carpet, adding a room closet light, modernizing the ceiling light, and enlarging the TV would enhance the comfort.
Service

The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, gracious, and knowledgeable about the area. Their attentiveness during a state of emergency due to a hurricane was particularly commendable.

I had a very quaint stay at the hotel. The king-size ground floor courtyard entrance, Mary Mitchell room was spacious and comfortable with a room-warming fireplace. The atmosphere was very cozy and quaint, but I faced some issues with breakfast seating, housekeeping oversights, and room temperature regulation.

The hotel's location was perfect for wandering around downtown, just a block from the main square. It was ideal for exploring the area on foot, and I never had to use my car. However, having guaranteed parking would have been a plus.
